Pueblo de Oro unveiled its much awaited La Aldea del Rio model house on February 17, 2024 (Saturday) opening a new chapter in affordable housing for the middle income demographic.

The unveiling rites were headed by Engr. Chrysler B. Acebu, Vice President for Mindanao and General Manager of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, while Fr. Emmanuel Pingul, Jr., SSJV, officiated the blessing ceremony.

The day started early with the Free Bouncy Castle and food carts for guests kids and a simultaneous Buyer’s Day in the afternoon. Free Custom Home Tips by Wallpro Construction and Loan Assessment by partner banks also livened up the activities spiced by perks for on-the-day reservations, such as outright discounts, and waiver of bank fees.
Guests and interested buyers got a first-hand chance to enjoy a free tour of the model house.
