ROTARY Club of Metro Valencia past president Mark Ryan Fuego has been appointed as district Rotaract chair for Rotary International District 3870 for RY 2023-2024 which will start this June.
The appointment, which was signed by RI 3870 District Governor-Elect Gilda “Gigi” Go, enjoins Fuego to be part of the new district leadership team which will oversee Rotaract clubs in the provinces of Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, North Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao, Camiguin and Cagayan de Oro City.
Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills and have fun through service.
In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotaract is changing communities.
As of today, there are 203,298 Rotaractors who belong to 10,698 Rotaract clubs in 180 countries worldwide.
