Let SJAM Intl be your partner in music education! Learn a new skill, build your confidence, connect with yourself and others. SJAM Intl is an offshoot of the San Jose Academy of Music which was established around 35 years ago in San Jose, California, founded by Ophelia Raboca, a UP Music graduate and fellow Kagay-anon.
SJAM Intl’s music program is created to develop the whole child in their musical learning. They believe that with proper music education it can be a means to establish good work ethic, satisfaction of hard work, self-expression, critical thinking and confidence building. SJAM Intl’s curriculum is based on the standards of the Royal Conservatory of Music, Music Teachers Association of California and Rock School. They train their students towards the goal for them to take the international examinations so that their students may be certified of their musical skills.
Located at Gran Europa in uptown Cagayan de Oro City, SJAM Intl. accepts enrollees for individualized lessons in piano, voice, guitar, violin, ukulele and drums along with group classes for strings, piano, guitar ensemble and children’s choir for their Music Summer Camp 2023 that will run from June 5 to July 29. A special Summer recital shall follow by the end of July.
