Paints, celebrated its ninth annual edition, putting the spotlight on companies that have excelled and on
their impressive interisland portfolios.
The virtual gala celebration of the 9th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards premiered over
AsiaPropertyAwards.com and partner channels, elevating awardees to national glory in 46 diverse
categories.
Cebu Landmasters Inc. garnered 11 wins, including the Best Developer (Visayas) and Best Developer
(Mindanao) awards. The Cebu-headquartered developer triumphed at this year’s Awards with a portfolio
of innovative projects such as Casa Mira Towers Mandaue, Davao Global Township (DGT), MesaVirre
Garden Residences, One Paragon Place, Patria de Cebu, Radisson Red and Velmiro Uptown CDO.
Its awards include the following: Best Developer Visayas, Best Developer Mindanao, Best Mega Mixed-
Use Development for Patria De Cebu, Best Township Development for Davao Global Township, Special
Recognition in Sustainable Design & Construction, Best Hotel Interior Design for Radisson Red in Astra
Centre, Best Condo Development (Metro Davao) for One Paragon Place, Best Housing Development
(Mindanao) for Velmiro Uptown CDO, Special Recognition in ESG – Environmental, Social, and
Governance, Best Condo Development (Visayas) for Mesavirre Garden Residences, and Best Condo
Development (Metro Cebu) for Casa Mira Towers Mandaue.

Final on 9 December. The Grand Final follows the opening of the virtual world of the 2021 PropertyGuru
Asia Real Estate Summit on Dec. 8.
